Location was just excellent...near to the heart of instiklal street.with a lot of bars near to the residence.Great choise for young peorle..AND I HAVE TO SAY THAT the price was really VALUE for MONEY ..... But the place looks a bit deserted. the walls need to be refreshed. the bathroom handle is broken. the air conditioner is very old and not very functional and there are small details that can be fixed with little money and change the image of the room. However, I will say again that the value for money is positive.

That's clean enough.. Photographs do not reflect reality - rooms need to be updated.
In one of the rooms, water from the boiler dripped into a bucket and quickly overflowed, resulting in water on the floor.
Non-transparent check-in system: the administrator was never there, messages via Booking were not answered promptly. I was helped to check in by a Turkish guy (apparently an acquaintance of the administrator) who was nearby.

It's horrible and ruined. I will never go to this hotel again.. The location is also very poor. It is impossible to find the hotel from the street, there is no signage or signpost, just a house and a normal entrance. This is totally unacceptable.. The photos do not reflect the reality. In reality everything is very old and horrible to look at, the mixer tap in the bathroom was barely holding on and was almost broken off. Horrible hotel, no personal, it does not correspond to the quality of the price at all!.
