We like the location but the road is steep and challenging to carry luggage and old people. There was a mixed up with ou. Location is walkable within places of interests;
Near tram (Cerberlitas Stn.);
Kept our luggage after check out.. Steep road not advisable to people with mobility problem;
Not sound insulated;
No lift but the staff are helpful in bringing up luggages.

Worest hotel.. Nothing!. I had booked my reservation on Booking and when I went to the hotel no one was there. I knocked the door so many times and waited under the rain for the door to be opened. Lastly I called them and they told me we have to cancel your reservation because we don’t have any room available and we are not at the hotel..

Exceptional. The property is very centrally located and was a good deal. The owners are nice, and the water pressure was good. The staff never attempted to enter our room during our stay. I would recommend you stay here. The hill is not as bad as it looks and is to be expected in Istanbul. We had an issue with water from a rain pipe hitting the roof very loudly, but it was fixed quickly in 15 minutes after we reported it, which was impressive. The hotel is very close to all the main tourist attractions, within 10-to-15-minute walks to each which is very good. Thank you!. .

Superb. I stayed one night, was greeted and treated exactly how you'd expect. The room was clean, comfortable and a bargain at the price. A 3 minute walk to the sultanahmet, easy for travellers and tourists.. The view from the window. Best to keep the curtain closed..
