Dirty and smelling. I made a reservation through Hotels.com for 2 nights, (where it was written pets allowed)and I paid immediately. Upon arrival the same day at night in 21:15 they refused to take my family and me in hotel (because a have a pet). During the trial they were rude and insulated. Neither the hotel nor website Hotels.com refused to return my money. Please, see attached photo. Dear travelers, look at how many reviews this hotel has and by whom ( keep in mind that there are 6 reviews written here, 2 of them were written by one person, and the female review was written by a hotel employee).The owner of the hotel is an old senile man, supposedly doesn't understand the reason and the English language. This hotel has two names, be careful...I don't recommend use this application, in case of the similar situation in the application there is nowhere to turn for help, or to return your money to you. All the hotel workers are just as the owner and his son. .

L hôtel est très sale de la poubelle à l entrée devant la réception la photo des chambres et de l hôtel sur expédia ne sont pas semblables j ai trouvé des culottes salles dans la poubelle à mon arrivée les draps et les oreillers sentent la sueur de quelqu un d autre le tapis est très poussiéreux j ai demandé de me changer la chambre ils m ont donné une chambre plus grande mais sent la cigarette j ai été chargée 280 $ ammercan pour changement de chambre le dimanche 5 mai matin je suis asmathique j ai demandé à la réception si c est fumeur dans la chambre elle m a dit oui j ai été étouffée dans cette chambre très salle et plein de poussière et les murs sales les tapis ne sont même pas aspirés la réceptionnistes ne parlent pas plusieurs langues comme c est noté sur expédia le lobby est très sale et la vaisselle traîne sur le comptoir le samedi nuit on n a pas pu se reposer les gens parlaient dans les couloirs aucune insonorisation dans le lobby j ai vu des filles et des gars se font leurs cheveux et tresses en plein nuit utilisant les tables de restaurant de la saleté partout . Dimanche après midi j ai trouvé un autre hôtel GLK je suis revenu chercher mes affaires à euro diamonds j ai demandé un remboursement de mes 280 $ que je n ai même pas utilisé car j ai quitté l’île receptioniste me dit ( après avoir parlé avec don boss) il refuse de te rembourser ( il lui a dit fais la venir plusieurs fois et dit à elle que je ne suis pas la elle finit par être fatiguée ) . .
