Sehr gute Lage für einen Kurztrip. Sehr zentral, Personal freundlich, wir haben sogar ein Sandwich beim Auschecken bekommen, da wir vor dem Frühstück auschecken mussten.. Es riecht im Zimmer komisch; man muss ständig lüften, was ungünstig ist, wenn man die Klimaanlage nutzen will und der Gastrobetrieb noch läuft (wegen der Geräuschkulisse)..

The location is very special the metro and tourist places are close to the hotel before our arrival we asked the receptionist to request a means of transportation to and from the airport it was a wonderful experience the reception was very good and warm, the room had a sea view and was clean the breakfast was very good and was on the hotel balcony. Unprofessional, dangerous, amateur staff : STAY AWAY !!!. The room was very clean. The bed was comfy. And the location is ideal to be close to Sultanahmet and the bazaar but… ⬇️. … this was one of the most unsafe and unprofessional hotel experiences I’ve ever had. At around 3 a.m., my friends and I were violently woken by people banging on our door. When I contacted the hotel via WhatsApp, the staff simply replied that these were “drunk people,” that the situation was handled, and told us to go back to sleep. No apology, no reassurance, no sense of responsibility, and patriarchal attitude. When I called the manager cellphone during the aggression, it rang right outside our door while the banging continued, proving staff were present in the corridor. A few moments later, when I went to the reception to express concerns and request a late check-out after this traumatic moment, the staff member refused to appear. The next day, at check-out, the receptionist neither concluded the stay properly nor said goodbye. Despite advertising a 24-hour reception, guests’ safety and comfort were completely ignored. Later, the hotel even fraudulently marked us as a “no-show” on Booking.com to silence our review. Other serious issues that show zero professionalism and lack of hospitality management include: • Asking the Turkish-speaking member of our group if she could translate the check-in instructions for everyone else, instead of providing proper guidance. • No one at the reception, and the supposed staff member was found sleeping in the lounge next to the terrace overlooking the 4th floor, discouraging guests from using it. • Breakfast was very poor for the price; other local hotels offer full buffets. • Breakfast staff asked guests to clear their own table. This hotel is unsafe, unprofessional, and entirely lacking in basic hospitality standards. Stay away..
