Noisy and Bed bugs . Cannot fault the service provided by the staff but…
Initially I was placed in a room right on the street which was extremely noisy but not as noisy as the staff and others at reception. I was promptly moved after asking for a quieter room and this seemed to be a good outcome. The next room was so much more quieter but one of the beds had bed bugs. There was 2 beds in the room and I managed to get some sleep albeit very minimal in the room. I let the online staff know about the bites and sent them several photos of the bites all over my legs. Their response was that they checked the room and no bed bugs but this was impossible. This was my worst ever stay in Rome and I would not be staying at a Numa location again as I have read that other locations have also had bed bugs . .

A gem. I booked a room with a private terrace and just loved having that extra space for early mornings or late nights. I was worried about the pin not working but had no trouble at all, The receptionists were friendly and helpful, just not there at all times. A terrific location as well. . .

Safe area,only 2 km walk to tourist attractions fully equipped room.. Excellent stay,everything that's needed for weekend break,wine glasses,bottle opener,hairdryer,lots of towels,comfortable beds,Tv,roof top garden,tea/coffees facilities,laundry room,mini fridge.

I’ll be back!. I will always plan to stay here when I am in Rome. The room was beautiful, clean, had a lovely terrace, and was within a 10 or 20 minute walk of everything I wanted to see and do in Rome. As someone traveling solo, I felt safe and secure throughout my visit.. .
