Not to the luxury standard I was expecting. Room was comfortable, sea view was okay, breakfast offers a lot of choice so great, just dissapointed with the noise. We could hear conversations happening outside our door as well as an access door slamming every time someone was passing by. Room cleanliness was not the best (cashews and other nuts under the couch left from previous guests) and attention to detail in the rooms was below expectation (paint marks on tiles left over from renovations, etc).. .

. Wonderful boutique hotel, conveniently located to major attractions of Istanbul yet quiet and peaceful. Superb staff, very friendly and knowledgeable, always happy to help with advice and arrangements. Muła Hote is one of the places where reality is still nicer than very nice pictures. It’s definitely worth returning to Istanbul just to stay there again. . .

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Hotel at great location walking distance to many tourist attractions also has a spa facility which I cannot praise enough! Very clean with all amenities and a great breakfast menu. Staff here are extremely helpful and are always willing to go that extra mile. Had a great experience and would highly recommend…Thank you Mula hotel, looking forward to visiting you again soon😊. .

Beautiful hotel situated in the heart of the old city.. Beautiful hotel convenient to everything you want to see in the old part of Istanbul. The view from our suite balcony was picture perfect. I could have stared out the window at the boats all day! The breakfast was very nice- we were able to enjoy it outside on the terrace. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!. .

. The Mula Hotel is a beautiful, modern hotel, the features and characteristics of the hotel are charming, elegant and very pretty. We enjoyed a wonderful stay for 6 nights, the staff and the service we received deserve 10 stars! They were amazing, the quality and high standards were maintained throughout our stay. The food at the Mula Hotel restaurant was simply outstanding! It is rare to find such a hotel which ticks all the boxes. We stayed at the Blue Mosque Suite and thoroughly enjoyed breakfasts and sunset evenings on the beautiful balcony with wonderful views of the Blue Mosque. The hotel is ideally located, overlooking the Sea of Marmara, the waterfront coastal promenade and historic landmark tourist sites are all a short walk from the hotel. The Mula hotel is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at and would highly recommend to anyone booking a holiday in Istanbul. . .

. We stayed at Mula hotel for 5 nights and enjoyed it very much. The room was comfortable, clean and had a nice partial view of the sea. Breakfast had a very good variety of foods and the overall service was very good. We also had lunch at the restaurant and enjoyed it very much. For our departure from Istanbul I wanted a reliable transportation source for the transfer from the hotel to the airport, and rather than using Uber or Bitaksi, the hotel made arrangements for a private car transfer for €120. The car arrived 15 minutes later than scheduled and had no air conditioning. After 5 minutes of driving the driver told us he had to make a stop for charging the EV. This turned out to be a detour of over 20 minutes. After resuming the drive the A/C was on for a few minutes and then turned off (I suppose the battery was low again). It caused us to arrive at the airport sweaty and much later than we had scheduled for, and had to rush through check-in and security. Unfortunately this spoiled an otherwise very nice stay and I cannot recommend the transfer services of the hotel. . .

Very pleasant stay here. I had a truly enjoyable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the receptionist not only welcomed me warmly but also offered helpful suggestions about interesting tourist spots nearby. The bellboy was exceptionally kind and genuine. When I mentioned that I couldn’t give a tip because I didn’t have any cash, he graciously said it wasn’t necessary and that he was happy to help. The only downside of the hotel was the gym — it was quite small and had limited equipment. Even so, I still managed to fit in a workout. And honestly, with so many places to explore nearby, skipping a gym session at the hotel didn’t feel like a big deal.. .
