Nice stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful. Good breakfast. Reasonable price. Location was very close to Jawahir Mall and bus stations.. .

Wonderful hotel. Perfect location. The stay was comfortable and beautiful. All the staff members were cooperative and respectful .The hotel is clean and nice, the breakfast was literally superb, delicious and varied . I will definitely come back again next vacation. I highly recommend it to everyone that I know.. .

Positive and Negative. The place is of good location. Room service poor, they come at 5 pm to clean the room. Breakfast good. We stayed in 3 rooms for ten days. Asked for late check out , they gave us one hour in one of the rooms. No internet in the room for 4 days. Talked with reception, they said they were sending the technician, which never showed up.. .

Superb. My mother had accident and broke her leg at Istanbul during our stay in this hotel. The staff were very nice and cooperative. They helped us a lot. The room was very clean and the location is perfect close to everything. .

The hotel helped making the most of our stay. The hotel is very close to Cevahir mall, metro station and buses to main attractions. On top of the upgrade offered by Booking we got another upgrade from the hotel to a suite. Room was very cosy, warm, clean, comfortable bed and pillows. The view from the balcony is very charming, especially at sunrise. Unfortunately, the weather didn't allow us to enjoy it. The staff is very nice and welcoming, special thanks to Ozge. Will definitely repeat the experience.. Everything was nice and above expectations. Only recommendation is to add more options to the breakfast menu to satisfy those who.opt for light breakfast like plain yogurt, dried fruits, nuts, muesli.. and creamer for coffee..
