Everything was almost perfect. The staff were quite professional and polite.
The best among all was the guest relation manager Ms.BuseIlginer who was always present everywhere and was looking after the guests and controlling all the activities there.. Delay in making up the rooms.

Good location . Right next to a large shopping mall. Some good restaurants about 10 minutes away by walking. Room was huge and modern and the club lounge wasn't crowded. Breakfast was ok, nothing extravagant. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. . .

Cancelled my bookin after i got in hotel. Not capable of managing bookings. . They sent a confirmation mai. However when i arrived they saod you make the reservation after 12:00 that is why we will cancel your booking. And i couldnt stay and look for mew hotel. So dont trust confirmation mails after your bookings. They try to make a new reservation from their own systems and double the price..

I would stay again. The location, the room size, the design, and the stuff. Housekeeping needs more control.
