Superb. Staff was very helpful and nice. Large room and good location.. Hotel was lacking just a little in terms of spa and wellness, although still great value and would still gladly go again.

Very bad due to Hotel. . They have three different hotels. When you book a room through Booking.com and arrive, they will show you a poorly maintained room and claim that this is what you booked. If you want to upgrade to a better room, they will charge you an additional 50 euros per night. I had booked a four-star hotel with a double deluxe room, but the room they presented was very different. They demanded 50 euros per night to change to a better room; otherwise, I would have to stay in that undesirable room, which had the LED light behind the door and was not visible, as well as being located opposite the bed. My experience with the receptionists was disappointing; I felt they were not trustworthy. They are Scammer..
