Average rating. Booked through our tour operator as a 4 star property. Would not consider it as anything more than any 2 star facility anywhere else. Booked a suit which was extremely small for one , let alone the three of us. Breakfast was disappointing and the service levels were not worth talking about. Heating was good inspite of the cold weather. Given a choice , We would not return there again.. .

. Lighting to the hotel was very poor. The family room we were in was well outdated. The safe in the cupboard was not even fixed, you could just carry it and walk away with it. The carpet had stains everywhere and the wall paper was bearly on the wall. The table in the room had 3 legs and one was just propped underneath to support the table. Had a constant leak to the AC and the basin in the bathroom, which they did attend to rectify once we informed them. The TV had loads of cables around it and did not feel safe to go near. The windows once open could not shut. No rubbish bin in the room, just gave us a black bin bag daily. Good points were the size of the room and the hotel does look good from the outside but needs major refurb to the inside to get to a basic standard.. .

Excellent Staff and Comfortable. The hotel is located away from the usual tourist attractions but their is a metro line within 50 meters. The rooms appear to have been renovated recently and were clean and comfortable. The breakfast is typical turkish fare. The best thing for us was the very professional and helpful staff. The rate was reasonable for Istanbul.. .

Hôtel bien situé, mais très mal géré !. Nous étions en famille dans cet hôtel durant la semaine du 18 au 24 octobre 2014, et donc en résumé, la 1ère surprise est l'accueil froid du personnel de réception, avec un accent d'anglais à non désiré et dire que leur personnel est polyglotte? les chambres sont sales et surtout très TRES petites par rapport aux images truquées dans leur site, avec une salle de bain minuscule et limite conçue pour une personne svelte, sinon il faudra voir ailleurs, douche infecte de champignons et de l'eau qui sort par tout dans la salle de bain, et donc après la douche vous devrez récurer (idéalement)! franchement, mis à part sa situation stratégique (proche des moyens de transports, et des lieux à visiter), il n'y a rien à désirer... À bon entendeur !. .

decent place stay in Istanbul. Stayed here for about 5 days mid-May 2012 during trip to Istanbul. Good things: - Very good access to trams and Sultanahmet (about 5 stops from there, 2TL for the tram). you could even walk it if you are so inclined - Good breakfast: a selection of fresh bread, meat, cheese, canned fruits, cereal etc along with soup, eggs - Clean rooms, bathrooms Could be betters: - Rooms are pretty small..hardly have space to turn in there [ask for #1 (3 beds, ideal for family), #2 (suite with adjoining room, good for family), #5 (the best, suite with a living area), #12 (better planned of the lot) rooms on each floor, depending on your family size] - Minor irritants kept happening - AC didnt work very well, had to complain multiple times. It didnt bother us too much cause weather is quite pleasant in May; problems with faucet in the bathroom and such. They were taken care of, however, would have been better if it wasn't there in the first place - Service: One has the feeling that since pretty much everybody they see are one time visitors, they really dont need to pay attention to service much. They were not rude or bad....just that their attitude could have been better. Although, I do have to state that not all of them were the same better Overall, a decent place to stay. BTW, If you plan to tip any of the bus boys/servers, suggest you give them half of it the first day you are there rather than on the last day :). .

Yasin from Iraq. Nice place cooperative staff exillent location don't mind staying their again, I was their with my family the enjoied the stay the area around hotel is nice you can can come by tram from airport Small rooms.. .

Terrible !. Terrible just terrible! The family room on the 6th floor was leaking when it rained my mom was asleep and the dripping water woke her up! The room was so small there was no room for walking if you had a suitcase! The room had twin beds and one double size bed and only two blankets! I would not pay 50$ a night for a room like this let alone 104$. .

. Bei zwei Tagen aufenthalt gab es kein heisses Wasser. Ein halben Tag kein fliessendes Wasser. Die Klimaanlage war lauter als eine Waschmaschine im Schleuderprogramm. . .

Not good Hotel. When I reached the hotel, I compared it with photos of the hotel on the internet, I found that I was so different . The rooms are very small and can barely walk on it . A pretty typical 2 star hotel with old architecture that has been renovated. Quality windows to avoid sound so bad. The glass room not even apply for it . Hotel staff are not too friendly and are ready to take the title of your money. Breakfast at the hotel is good, like 2 stars hotel. Overall this hotel for a night 's sleep at a very modest level crossing may not be tolerable and less attractive . I never come back to this hotel again.. .

Good location but ..... This was our last stop in Turkey and our stay in this hotel was a bit disappointing. Although the location seems ok (near restaurants and shops), the rooms were dim (can't understand why there are still hotels trying to save on lightings), the bathroom was claustrophobic, water pressure from the shower was extremely low & the air-con was loud. Anyone staying here would be better off eating at a restaurant nearby. . .
