Bad manner. none. The hotel staff emailed me asking what time I would be checking in. Later, I realized that I booked the hotel for the wrong date, so I wanted to request a date change. However, after that, the staff did not respond at all.
Actually, whether they allow the date change or not is not the main issue. Even if the change is not possible, I can understand that. I just wanted the staff to respond and let me know whether it's possible or not. That way, I can handle it properly. Initially, I planned that if I could change the date, I would have a great appreciation and would book the hotel for an additional week.
And just now, I received an email that insulted me, saying 'ridiculous.' I have previously reviewed on booking.com, and I admit that I gave a low rating due to the lack of communication from the hotel, as mentioned. However, that is not a reason to insult customers in this manner. They could have responded calling my review 'ridiculous,' but they couldn't respond to whether I could change the date or not. Let everyone know whether they should still choose to stay at a hotel where the staff insults guests as 'ridiculous' or not..

Asian side Istanbul. Very convenient as it is 2 blocks from the busses and ferries plus havist bus to ist airport is right there as well. Newly renovated rooms only thing is mattresses are hard not soft on the back. . .
