From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with genuine kindness. The reception was helpful, always ready to answer questions, offer advice, and make our stay more comfortable. Every single person we met—whether at breakfast, in the corridors, or during cleaning—was incredibly friendly and caring.
The location is unbeatable: just a short walk to Istanbul’s most iconic sights, like Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, and more. It made exploring the city with kids easy and enjoyable.
The hotel itself is slightly old but extremely clean. Housekeeping came every day, and if we needed anything, the staff responded immediately and went out of their way to help.
And the breakfast? Absolutely amazing. Fresh, delicious, and full of variety—there was something for everyone, including our kids. It gave us the perfect start to each day.
Traveling with children, especially a child with special needs, is not always easy—but here, we felt seen, supported, and respected. The way they treated both of our children, including our toddler, was so kind and thoughtful. That alone meant the world to us.

I was in eurostars hotel last week.was wonderfull accomodation for me and my family.staff,room,breakfast,location really amazing.will visit again.ı recommend this hotel to all.the staff try to do their best for the guests.the hotel is closed to all historical places.also the public transportation ,tram,bus and fary are very near to the hotel 1 minutes by walking distance.. .

. The staff was very helpful 24/7 any questions they were helpful, great location there alot of dining spots open super late around 1 am and stores too. Public transportation is like 1-2 munute walk also the ferry is like 5 mins walk very easy i love the spot and everything . .
