My Titanium Marriott status is always well recognized, making the stay even more enjoyable. The service is truly exceptional, and a special mention goes to Ms. Huma Erdemir from the JW Lounge. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience, providing warm and attentive service throughout our stay. After I mentioned how much I loved the coffee from the lounge machine, she thoughtfully offered me some coffee beans to take home—a small but incredibly kind gesture that made my day. During our short stay at JW Marriott Istanbul Marmara Sea, we were warmly welcomed by Muhammed Arslan, whose friendly approach and fluent English immediately made us feel at home. We were then assisted by Büşra, who was exceptionally kind and attentive, regularly checking in to ensure everything was to our satisfaction.
A special mention goes to Chef Uğur, who truly spoiled us during our suhour breakfast with delicious dishes and outstanding service. His passion and hospitality were clearly reflected in every detail.
