Very good. Nothing can beat the location. This hotel is located right in the middle of the action. There is no elevator and there are narrow stairs but our stay was overall very pleasant. The minus was that the toilet smells and not because of the cleaning but because there is a bad smell coming from the faucet and they should have put some scent in the bathroom.. The location and the view of the Bridge from our window..

Exceptional. We went to Istanbul with our friends for entertainment. Hotel staff, specially Muhammed helped us to explore city area and he was so kind to us. Thank you for your attention, we really appreciated!. .

Cheap stay close to everything. The view off the bridge from the room , very quiet. Bedding wasn't changed the whole time we stayed , things hanging off as in the radiator kept hurting myself on it the skirting boards hanging off and it was quite small too move around in also being on the 4th floor with no lift!! That was pain speaking all them stairs ..

Ok. 1) The bed was exceptionally comfortable and I slept very well. 2) Check in/ check out (gentleman with silver hair) and night porter (young man with shoulder length curly hair) receptionists and night were very nice and made us feel welcomed and at home.. 1) The stairs. They are a HUGE hazard and should be addressed as a priority. 2) Room maintenance not good. • I had to ask if room would be made up/cleaned. When it was I was very disappointed. • Clean towels were both torn and worn • Dirty cup was not replaced • Bed was not made up properly 3) Curtains and slippers are paper thin.

Perfect.. I would definitely recommend Dilens. First of all because of the professional staff there was few points to highlight regarding cleaning, but because of the excellent service it was managed and resolved immediately above my expectations. Plus location really matters. Everything is around and all best views near by.. A bit small room, but super comfortable and cozy..
