. Das ***Hotel ist ganz neu und hatte sogar neueröffnet wo wir da waren von daher haben ein paar Kleinigkeiten gefehlt oder waren nicht fertig aber es hat nichts gestört. Personal ist 1A so nett und behilflich und haben alles besorgt. Tolles Aussicht vom Fenster. Lidl ist gleich um die Ecke falls jemand was braucht. Ich kann nur weiterer empfehlen.. .

Chambre en travaux. La chambre sans téléphone pour joindre l'accueil. un tuyau plastique sortait du mur pour aller dans le lavabo. Des trous dans la moquette du plâtre sur les murs... c'est indigne; par contre les gens de la réception de nuit comme de jour sont irréprochable.. .

Avoid avoid avoid. I stayed at this hotel with my two children Sunday 13th august 2023. Thank god it was for only one night .
The room smelt of damp but I was willing to over that as just for one night , but the shower did not work. It didn’t run any water at all out of the hot tap in the shower and when I asked reception why , the rude man simply said the whole hotel had a problem and was waiting to be fixed and that it wasn’t his problem ! Then he refused to speak to me and looked away .
I’m a single mum travelling with two small children and We couldn’t shower whilst at this hotel .
They shouldn’t rent these rooms out without basic facilities like hot running water !. .

. The staff I encountered were very nice. Unfortunately, they still have some issues to solve with regard to the property. WIFI only worked in Lobby, not upper floors. While cleaning the room, the maid caused the toilet to malfunction. Reported it to the lobby staff, but the repairman didn't fix it during my 2-day stay. The lobby staff tried to make up for some of the issues, for example, they comped me a breakfast one morning. The hotel is located in a so-so area. Overall, felt like it was worth about 20-25 Euros less than I paid.. .

It’s ok but a long way from Paris. It’s ok, a bit dated, breakfast adequate, but the location means that you’re going to spend a lot of money on taxis. I’d use the taxi money to stay in a better hotel in central paris. Tye deco is a bit gaudy, the bedrooms are ok, big enough, staff are polite.. .

Essuyez les plâtre d'un hotel neuf. Bel hotel tout neuf, arrivé dans cet hotel par hasard alors que je cherchais dans le secteur. Presque achévée, un petit déjeuner a améliorer. Pas de wifi fonctionnel et des ascenceurs qui annoncent l'étage trop bruyament ...
En cours d'achévement, nous n'avions pas de support pour les valises, pas de bouilloire pour le thé
