Excellent experience. The rooms are very clean. Great area. Breakfast is great also great walking area along the sea from the hotel Roberto is very friendly got a cab to drive us into the city. A little out of the way from the city center. A lot of cans around to take us back to the hotel. .

It was only one night. but would be happy to stay for aweek. Close to the airport. Room was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast we did not have because of an early flight. It is very close to the beach (minutes walk) and a lot of restaurants to choose from.. .

Convenient and Great Value for Money Near FCO for a Short Stay. Everything was well explained and communicated clearly. Roberto was extra helpful with information and suggesting means to travel from the Airport. Shuttle was arranged timely and as per the costs mentioned. Great value for money and convenience to stay overnight near FCO Airport. Even at the breakfast, the barista provided me with extra options thinking that I had requested for less. Since, I had time at hand, I enjoyed a long walk along the beach, which is just about 200 m from the hotel.. Nothing - like the overall experience..

The property is neat and the customer service is courteous, helpful, and communicative.. We enjoyed the variety of choices on the Italian breakfast menu. The chef was friendly and humble, despite a slight language (English) barrier.. The TV is too small. There is no option for English viewing on the TV Channels, which led to my rating of 9 instead of 10.

Close to the airport friendly staff.. Friendly staff and proximity to the airport, very clean and tidy. Nice breakfast ability to leave bags there for later flight was a bonus.. The room I received was very small so much so that the bar fridge required you to move the bedside table to put anything in it. The photos are a little deceptive and I think that they have been enhanced. The breakfast had to be ordered the night before and you had to designate a time you would be there not really practical. I was unable to find anything but the vending machine listed in the description for the property . Although there are some great restaurants in the area it would have been great to have been offered some suggestions..
