Very Helpful and Kind Reception Staff. Thank you to the reception staff for all the help they gave to me and the kind and courteous way they took care of all my requests. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. We had a large window that could be opened. No view unfortunately. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was large, comfortable and clean. The shower pressure was pleasantly very strong. We had lots of big white soft towels. Unfortunately there was no foot towel. They provided soap and shower gel. Located more or less 1 kilometer from central Taxim Square.. .

U can't sleep at nighs. Breakfast quality low So much noise, i couldn't sleep at all. Location is perfect as it is close to metro and bus station. Rooms small Do not stay here Stay in taxim but there are far better hotels in area. .

our istanbul tour. we stay in this hotel from Aug28 to sep2 2019. it,s not 4star hotel ,position not closed to taksim sq .pad of beds is very bad. break fast good. rooms was dirty and staff couldnot speak english or anothet language only speak turkish.. .

Unusable internet / close to Congress Center. - There is no reliable internet. The wifi connection is terrible. It didn't work at all in many places in my room, like the table, and even in the spots it worked it was absurdly slow and unstable, even considering the router was just outside my room and I had a strong signal. Couldn't really do almost anything with it, which was terrible considering how much I needed a good internet connection to guide me in this unorganized country. There was no cable connection available (there was a plug in my room but it didn't work, meaning I couldn't use any kind of internet on my computer in the room's table). - There is no room service, at best you can order food to be delivered at the hotel for you. But considering the wifi is not good enough to do that by yourself, you must ask in the reception, and they have a really hard time to understand more advanced english and more than once didn't order exactly what I asked. - Prior to my stay I tried to contact the hotel, but they didn't answer my emails trying to confirm my reservation. So a week before my trip I called the hotel, and they told me it had been canceled. No excuses, no apologies, as if that was natural. I had made the reservation using Hotels.com and so I called them and they remade the reservation. I'm not sure whose fault it was (the hotel or Hotels.com), as one blamed the other, but I won't use neither of those anymore. Had I not called I would potentially arrive in Istanbul late at night with no place to stay.. .

Yorum. Banyoda islak zeminler kirliydi. Terlik yoktu. Oda basik ve havasiz. Ayrica oda cok kucuk. Dolap bos ve iki su harici odada icecek birsey yok. Lavaboda el sabunu yok.. .

Not welcoming experience, I don’t recommend. I don’t recommend this hotel, the stuff is not welcoming, they don’t even smile to your face or respond to your Hi. Cleanliness level is very low, they leave trush in the bins in the room, the floor they don’t wipe it. We are 2 and they give us only 1 towel. The good experience is also so poor nothing special.. .

This hotel was terribly awful.. This hotel was terribly awful. hotel's room havn't minibar and airconditioner was out of action .The room did not have a button to clean the room. Room service was awful. Breakfast also included a pre-prepared daily plate with poor quality ingredients.. .
