Bad. . I recently stayed at this hoteland it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The room was filthy—dust everywhere, stains on the sheets, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Housekeeping never came, even after multiple requests. The staff was beyond unprofessional. Not only were they rude and unhelpful, but some even made inappropriate comments that made me feel uncomfortable. Instead of addressing concerns, they seemed more interested in ignoring complaints or making excuses. To top it all off, the breakfast was a complete joke. Stale pastries, cold eggs.

Disappointed. I was disappointed because my booking was changed to another hotel before I arrived. The new property rooms were very small.

Definitely did not worth the money I spent.. The only one thing I liked about the property was the staff. Everyone had good attitude but “Awws” was amazing. He was really a good man.. What I saw in the pictures were way better than what I saw. Rooms are very small, not standard and beds are very small. Very small elevator, so be prepare for going up and down three or four times if you have two or three luggages. Heating system was not great, but it was sufficient. The thing I didn’t like was I paid a good price but it was absolutely not worth it and although the staff people were friendly, I will not go back here again..

"Exceptional". My stay at Golden Pera was amazing! The staff, especially Awws, were fantastic hosts, making my experience truly enjoyable. The hotel was cozy, and the in-room jacuzzi was the cherry on top. The location was perfect—everything was easily accessible, and Istiklal Street stayed lively and open until 3 AM. I had such a wonderful time that I’ve already booked the hotel again for March!. Breakfast could be better.
