Great room and breakfast but over-billed. Breakfast and room were very nice, location was convenient.. When checking out, I was billed twice for the taxes de sejour, although I clearly said multiple times I had already paid for this during check in (I only stayed one night). The person at the register during checkout told me I would be billed only once, turns out it was a lie..

Not a hotel that meets the basic needs of wheel chair users.. . I booked a room for disabled since I am a wheel chair user and I wrote specificly to the hotel and asked about the bathroom facilites. I was told that there was a good shower and WC for wheel chair users but that turnet out not be true! And once again I had to explain how dehumanising it is not to be able to use the WC or the shower, let alone both! I would never have booked the room if I had known how bad it was.
The WC needs to be higher! And it is not enough to have a handle only on one side of the WC! And you need to have a proper chair for disabled in the shower, a stable chair with two handles!.
