Nice, clean no frills hotel for travellers on budget. Walking distance to all attractions. Bring goo. Break fast was quite good. Lots of options for vegetarians were available.. TV had just 3 channels. I called a few times...no one came. Hot water temperature kept fluctuating wildly during the shower..

When you enter the hotel, you understand – it looks like “Decline and Fall”. We planned to spend a week in Istanbul with the whole family and booked two rooms (family and standart), but unfortunately we have to cancel our reservation at Castillo Rojo Istanbul. When you enter the hotel, you understand that there is the only one kind of description for its condition - “Decline and Fall". Maybe it used to be a small boutique hotel, but now it's definitely not 4 stars and not even 3. There are several reasons for this: - the hotel does not correspond to the declared 3 stars; - the rooms are in terrible condition - the furniture needs to be replaced, the walls and furniture are stained from the spilled liquid; - dust (almost everywhere - on walls, furniture, floor, doors); - the smell of mould in the bathroom (my wife and I are allergic to mould); - the smell of tobacco from the ventilation (i.e. someone smokes either in the rooms or in the hotel in general); - water problems in the bathroom (very weak pressure, the water temperature is constantly jumping); – the bread at breakfast looked far from fresh, the general condition of the terrace is more like a cheap street food with bad food (with all respect for street food); – bad Wi-Fi signal (and after midnight it turns off at all). The only positive thing is the very friendly staff who try to do everything in their power to smooth out the experience of the hotel. When we said that we wanted to leave the hotel, the hotel manager at the reception was not even surprised by that.. .

Great. “I recently stayed at and it was a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and offered all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I also loved the which added a special touch to my visit. The location was excellent, close to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.”. .

Good small hotel with kind stuff and delicious breakfast.. The stuff is very kind, attentive and welcoming. Breakfasts are quite various and good. The hotel is good choice for these money in case of 2-3 nights staying.. The family room is too small, not enough space for 4 people..

Do not trust the pictures. . The location is good, but the room looks not good as the pictures show. The interior facilities are pretty old, the room is small..

I stayed for 5 nights and 6 days with my family, everything was perfect. Muhammad at the reception and all other staff m. the hotel is very clean, rooms are comfortable and good with all the basic necessities. nothing, everything was perfect. 10/10 value for money.

Highly recommend. This hotel is in the historical part of town and 1 minute walk to lots of restaurants near by. Staff was extremely helpful and kind, Especially Adam. Prior to arrival he helped me reserving a second room and airport pick up. This spot is great for solo travelers too. Very clean, busy at night, Highly recommend!. .
