Great location within walking distance to all major sites. I got a quiet room on the last floor with a small balcony and a Sagrada view. The rooms facing the street are not that quiet though. Delicious breakfast. . .

Great hotel.. Stayed here for 1 night in September, arrived here at 10am, asked if we could leave our bags here at check-In was 3pm, we were told we could upgrade our room which would be ready now for €30 which I didn’t have a problem with, room was on the top floor and perfect, great view of the city.
Roof top bar is unbelievable also!. .

Perfect Hotel. Excellent hotel in a great location with very comfortable rooms. Thank you for allocating us quiet rooms on a high floor as per my preference. The rooftop pool area has great views. Rooms with balconies are lovely. The restaurant and breakfasts looked good but we were room only so went to the 365 bakery next door. Beware of the tourist tax at 6.25 euros per person per night - it added up to over 100 euros for our party of 4 for 4 nights! No complaints about the hotel - everything was perfect. . .

Bad. Die Lage, aber auch nur die Lage!!!!. The walls of the rooms are so thin that one can hear the snoring in the room next door. To use the air-conditioning You have to call the reception and it won't stay on long. If you try and leave the window open, it is.as if you are sleeping on the street.
The washrooms are old and half of it not working properly. The restaurant was terrible. I could get better food on the market.
Literally, it's a waste of money staying there. I still don't know where they got their 4 stars from🙆♀️.
