Staff caught in a lie. Asked the spa staff to start the steam room. It takes a couple of hours for it to get hot since everything inside is covered in tiles. When we came back it hadn't been opened. They said that it is broken. I said that it must be a mistake, since it worked yesterday and earlier that day. We were told that it broke Exactly in the last 2 hours. My friend stayed for other services and they started it a few minutes later. How is that possible if it's broken? Being lied to our faces was very disrespectful.
The pool is non functional. The restaurant staff is very nice. Food is good.. .

Exceptional. The hotel overall is fantastic, staff, breakfast, location, and cleanliness.. The pool was closed, and souna is with admission fees.
