Very good. The hotel is located perfectly, close to a tram stop and two metro stations. Nearby there are a couple of grocery stores, small cafes and a Simurg cafe with delicious coffee. Nice and helpful managers at the reception desk.
The room has a comfortable bed, there is tea and coffee and kettle, and bottles of water were provided every day.. Towels are changed rarely and the room is not wet cleaned (at least during my stay)..

Exceptional. The hotel is magnificent very comfortable and the room is very quiet and comfortable and clean the staff is very friendly and welcoming and co operative especially Yasin kader Saleh from restaurant the location is very good and it is just beside the tramway it is the second time to me in this hotel and every time I will go to Istanbul I will go there. .

Nice Location & Accessibility all around !. Location is excellent with walkable distance to Aksarai tram station and Yenikapi metro station and access to both IST and SAW airports !! Hotel facilities are good, though the rooms are a bit small !! Towels are century old, some of them torn !!
Breakfast is ok but not for vegetarians !! the Chef seems to think people will eat anything that is thrown at them, hence no description of the food items !! Hotel reception staff are kind to offer early tour breakfast but again the chef does not care for any food restrictions that you give !!
Mr. Devran in the front office is very kind, practical with situations and very helpful person !!. .
