Lovely but if only the restaurant and hotel was warmer and non-smoking.. Staff were lovely and the hotel was clean.. The smoking and cigarette smoke everywhere..

Good for coming to Istanbul for the first experience.. Was close to the train station and you can go to the centre of the town easy.
Good price for the location.

Breakfast included. It was good! I enjoyed the fruits.
They clean your room everyday.. Much noise from outside and also from inside… I heard the others talking from other rooms.
When we first came the room smelled like cigarettes but after some ventilation it was okay.
The closing system of the window was broken and couldn’t close it well and it was so much noise from outside.

Bad. Hello , be careful with the personal in Spa Center. No one speaks english , and the want 50euro per person for using sauna and steam bath , so if y book this hotel be careful not to be surprised when y arrive. Excellent job for housekeeping service, they change sheets and clean every day our room.. .
