Great location, comfortable bed, super helpful and friendly staff!. I highly recommend this accommodation because: - the location is truly close to all sights and the tram stop - the rooms are quiet as the hotel is in a little alley (not on a big road or a street full of bars) - the beds are comfortable - above all the staff members are very friendly and helpful Thank you for everything, even the surprise birthday cake :) We had a wonderful time in Istanbul and staying here was a plus!. Nothing to mention..

Exceptional. I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The service was exceptional, and I want to give a special shoutout to Özgür and the lady who makes the cakes—they are simply the best! Always attentive and with such a wonderful energy that made my stay even more special. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to everyone.. The door shower..

Very good. The staff was incredible! everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly, super helpful too. The rooms are extremely clean, they were cleaned immediately after we leave on each day. The location is the best, bus stations, ferry stations, trams are all about two minutes walk away. We felt really safe and welcomed and we would stay here again.. The rooms are really really small but that's understandable given Istanbul's hotel sizes..

Exceptional. I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say it exceeded all of my expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s clear that the hotel pays attention to the little details, ensuring that guests have a pleasant experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the location. The hotel is just a few minutes from public transportation, which made it so easy to explore the city and get around without any hassle. We also opted for the breakfast option, and I’m so glad we did! Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious Turkish breakfast, complete with fresh bread, cheeses, olives, and more. To top it off, the lovely lady preparing the breakfast made a homemade cake each day that was absolutely mouthwatering! Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The combination of friendly staff, great location, and amazing breakfast made our stay truly memorable.. .

Exceptional. The staff was exceptional, really really exceptional! The woman who cooked the breakfast and other treats most mornings put customer service on another level with her warmth, kindness and cheerfulness. The bed was one of the most comfortable ones we stayed in out of all the places we stayed in Turkey. Felt homey and comfortable.. Frosted glass bathroom walls so not exactly private..
