Exceptional. My luggage was lost in the airport. The staff helped me with the delivery process. After that, I forgot my poster in the hotel. They helped me too. I cannot thank them enough.. .

Done the job but little privacy in rooms and poor breakfast. Location was excellent for us, close to the Gard d'Nord and all the metro services. Room was very small but it was clean, with a nice big window and balcony which was perfect for our short trip. They let us check in early when our room was ready.. The room had very little privacy for the occupants. There was an internal window in the room which meant that you had no privacy when using the shower or toilet. The 18e breakfast seemed very expensive for a very poor selection...there weren't even full size, fresh crossiants. We could have found a better and cheaper breakfast + coffee at one of the nearby bakeries..
