Clean, comfortable and affordable boutique hotel.. I was there for a conference acros the street at the very expensive Conrad Hotel. This was a perfect alternative and I would stay again. The breakfast was great and the rooms had free WiFi. The hotel staff was really helpful with taxi arrangents and anything else I needed, but their English was more minimal than I expected - we worked it out with smiles.. .

. The information given about the hotel was unreal, the pictures and the photos of the hotel were fake. (I have booked for a family suite which consists of three bedrooms, living room and kitchen, but unfortunately they provide me three adjacent rooms.)
When I complained to Expedia, they were very slow in responding, it’s took them 4 days to give me a bad response,I have not received any help, It’s look like that l am trapped and the customer service from Expedia told me we can’t do anything for you.
Really my trip was a nightmare and it is clear now that Expedia is not trusted anymore.. .

horrible. I dont know where to begin!! Staff is untrustworthy...i can't even begin to go into that. They are not helpful or informative. Cannot speak other languages other than Turkish so they are unable to provide quality service. Check-in was a nightmare...the lady at the desk was inconsiderate, rude, obnoxious, and made us wait hours for our room. Only good part of the hotel was the sub-par breakfast in the mornings. I would avoid this hotel at all costs.. .
