May not do it again. We stayed here for 1 night. There are pros and cons. But, overall, I don't think we will stay here again.
For the pros: the room is generally clean, though still have rooms for improvement (e.g. the shower head is quite dirty). Modern design. Friendly staff. Spacious. Good wifi. Good breakfast (additional cost).
For the cons: the air-con is centrally controlled and the hotel turns the cooling system off (due to the city authority's requirement). So, we were asked to open the floor-to-ceiling window/door. This led to another problem - mosquitos. We slept only very briefly with the buzzing mosquitos around. The view of the room is nothing like those shown in the website. It does not bother us much though. I guess a more expensive room will have a view. Our major concern is safety and security. The balcony is very close to the next building and we are on 2nd floor. With the balcony window/door open, we feel vulnerable.
In hindsight, we should have requested to change to another room for safety concern.
We also feel uncomfortable with the surrounding neighbourhood. I think we may choose another place to stay for our next visit.. .

Exceptional. The hotel is in a walking distance from Termini Train Station and has an amazing view over the Therme of Diocletianum Museum.
The building is a hysterical monument but the interior is renovated modern and minimalistic.
The staff was very polite and helpful and the room was very clean.
I will be back for sure in my next trip to Rome.. .

Modern, clean and quiet, yet easily accessible from Roma Termini .. Mins away from Roma Termini. Easy to locate too.
Rooms were clean, and we were being upgraded to a room with view of the garden which was excellent.. Would be good if the hotel could provide toothbrushes and extra towels, different hardness of pillows could be offered..

A first class hotel very close to Termini.. Very close to Termini. Very friendly staff. Room was upgraded which was phenomenal as we had a stunning view. Clean, quiet, efficient.. The bathroom would be more efficient with hooks and ledges for toiletries..

Exceptional service, location and facilities.. Where to begin?!
In a word, our stay here was INCREDIBLE!
We loved the staff to the point we could have become good acquaintances were we locals. They, along with the everything-you-could-need-but-just-enough ethos and experience at the hotel made our stay one of the most enjoyable on our 6-week trip through Europe, the Baltics and Asia.
Nadia. What a beautiful soul! We so enjoyed our conversations with her. To the management: she's essential.
The location, views and inclusions in the room were spot-on so we really felt like we were staying in Rome.
The internal fit out of the hotel is so interesting and showcases Italy's and Italians' flair with interior design. Yes, it does make a difference.
The breakfast is a must. Again, the attention to detail and the service is exceptional. Expect to be well looked after.
Recommendation: Get up at 4am and walk around some of the nearby and further away antiquities/points of interest that are crowded during the day then return for breakfast and continue sightseeing until midday then rest. Great idea if you're jet-lagged. You will get to experience an atmosphere of mysterious calm by the light of street lamps...without any of the crowds!. Honestly, these are things outside of the hotel's control and have to do with the darker side of the human condition! LOL
We were really quite crestfallen to witness other guests being impolite and abrupt with staff in the hotel while we were so enjoying our stay. This was after these other guests were approached with genuine politeness and helpfulness which was then rebuffed. The guests' behaviour only served to make them look mean and uncultured. Staff were always entirely professional in these situations but it was obvious to us the hurt it caused. Lesson for everyone: don't be mean when a staff member is being hospitable towards you. It doesn't cost anything to just be polite and accept good service with grace even if you're not used to it in your usual corner of the world. Be careful of the impression you leave with the people you encounter on your travels.
Other tourists! Oh my goodness! It's global, but I did notice that Romans deal with over-tourism by being quite haughty about it, but in a very Italian way: with self-righteous grumpiness. Sometimes it's endearing to watch, other times it's a bit overbearing. I suppose it's a better way to deal with it than in other parts of Europe where inconvenienced or put-upon locals on the street can kind of barge their way through. We respected the Romans' right to stand their ground because many of the tourists just treat Rome like an Insta-Tok-Book Theme park rather than with the respectful contemplative wonder Italy deserves.
This is not a criticism of the hotel perse, but a general observation of European hotels - why are the beds so hard everywhere? The beds are either hard or hard and lumpy and the pillows either too high, too low, too firm or too soft. LOL. Oh, my poor back and neck. For anyone who likes these hard beds, why not just sleep on the floor? I jest, of course... This was a consistent thing on our trip..

Not recommend. Just a bad experience with this hotel, and let's not forget the dangerous neighbourhood, would not recommend staying here , a few of my friend staied in the center and I'm sorry I did not look for another hotel, reviews do not tell the truth, there is a reason police is everywhere around here. .
