Comfortable hotel with great location (not for taxi). The location is very convenient via public transport. It will be difficult for taxi/uber to arrive as it is a narrow retail street for people shopping. However the hotel can help calling the taxi, and we had no issue reaching the hotel with our big suitcases by taking metro. The room was comfortable, and staff was friendly. There was coffee/snack provided for free in the afternoon. There are many shops and restaurants nearby.. The shower water was slightly weak.
Our room faces the street and it was usually quiet at night. However there was someone having house party in the building in front of us in the first night, which caused some noises and if people were speaking on the street, you can hear from the room..

Rude receptionist, hotel itself was fine and clean.. The hotel was generally fine and clean.. The welcome was awful. The man on reception (a slim man with a beard) could not have made us feel less welcome. He was mean spirited and unkind when our request for a twin room hadn’t been processed. Instead of being helpful and changing the room, he argued with us about it, reluctantly changing it in the end (even though the cost was the same and twin rooms were available). It was a very unpleasant interaction and made us not want to stay there. There was another young man on reception in the evening who was much friendlier..

Nice hotel but difficult to reach by cab. The hotel is in a good location, is very clean, and the front desk was helpful. The rooms are very small. My only complaint is that you cannot be dropped off by a cab in front of the hotel and you cannot call a cab to the hotel. The front desk will call a cab but the meter starts when they call, not when the cab arrives. We arrived after 11PM and the cab driver told us he could not drop us in front of the hotel. We were told we had to be dropped several blocks away in the rain and drag our luggage through the dark streets/alleys not knowing where we going. At 11PM the streets were pretty deserted. Had I known this ahead of time I would not have booked this hotel. This is not fault of the hotel but I think guests should be aware of this before booking, especially of they are arriving late at night.. .
