Very good. Really friendly and helpful staff. Very near Ponte Lungo metro station.. Quite a way out of the city although only 10-15 minutes on the metro. No lift which is an issue with heavy cases. Small rooms and ours was quite dark.

Very good. Personnel were very helpful and kind.. The shower was broken and the safe couldn’t open. Hotel is quite far from city centre however it is close to metro station. There is not much to do in the neighbourhood..

Lovely hotel and wonderful staff in a nicely air conditioned roo. First of all, the staff is wonderful. Everyone was super nice and patient with me whenever I asked questions. They were helpful with giving me directions to get around Rome via taxi or train. The breakfast seemed to be the typical Italian style breakfast which I enjoyed. I know some people didn't care for the location as they thought it wasn't in the heart of Rome. However with the train station a short walk away, it takes you right to where you want to go and you can experience the people of Rome better when you are away from the city.
I would definitely recommend this lovely hotel to friends and family in the future!. I would prefer an electronic key card only because it can easily fit in my wallet vs the key setup they use currently. But that isn't a dealbreaker or anything for me personally..

Superb. Would have like hot breakfast- american eggs sausage bacon. Would have liked the use of elevator at any time considering were at retiring age. Please always consider convenience for guests. Thank you.. .

I recommend this hotel.. Location is good, bus stop is on other side of the street, metro is 5 minutes walk. Room is clean. Breakfast is very good.
Personnel is very friendly and helpful. There are a few good restaurants in the area.. .

Position is really good..a lot of good restaurants close by and close to public transport. The breakfast is something special.. a lot of delicious self made things..specially the yogurt..make you feel at hone. Really recommended it. .
