I'm not happy. The only reason I'm going this hotel a rating of 3 is because of the friendly staff. its not a five stars hotel at all, the room is too small, the cleaning service is not good.

Wonderful. We stayed at Bentley Hotel Bosphorus as a big family and had a wonderful experience. The facilities were great, and the staff went above and beyond, checking in with us daily to make sure everything was okay. Everything was clear, smooth, and overall very good. Highly recommend!. .
