The staff are exceptional, we had a room with its own terrace, the hotel is super clean, the location is perfect and we can’t wait to return. The breakfast is superb and well worth paying for. Lovely hotel - David & Victor were wonderful!. Stayed in this hotel for the first time on a business trip, I usually stay elsewhere in Barcelona City. I’ll definitely stay again, the hotel was lovely - nice spacious room and bathroom. Very clean, modern and well looked after. David on reception was professional, helpful and always willing to help. Victor on the bar was equally amazing - friendly, professional, knowledgeable. I recommend this hotel and would stay again, the hotel itself is great and the staff are wonderful.. .

Still a nice hotel ,very well location but a little disappointed this time by our stay.. It was our second time to this lovely hotel but unfortunately the experience was a little bit Disappointed. We arrived very late at night at around 2:00am on a Saturday morning without our luggages. The receptionist was quite rude to us and told us to pay immediately the whole amount for the 1 week stay at 2:00 am in the morning and with a 10 year old chid with us. I insisted we had a discount Since it was our second time to the hotel but didn’t even mention it to us. We were exhausted and very tired at this point. Fortunately we paid just a partial amount and the next day, thanks to Sandra at the reception she Knew our account and gave us a generous discount for our stay. Also this time, we were given a junior suite which was not confortable and we couldn’t even open the Windows of the room and this for a certain amount we paid for one week. But we would like to give a big thank you to Sandra and Oriol at the reception who helped us daily to Recover our lost luggages and for their kindness and generosity. Thank you again Sandra and Oriol.. .

Would highly recommend . Stayed here for a two night city break. Really liked this hotel. The location was perfect. Staff were very friendly and the room was presented well. I’ve stayed in a lot of different hotels across many European cities and this hotel was certainly one of the best. . .
