. The hotel was attractive and clean and the staff was pleasant. Check in took a ridiculous amount of time, We had just flown 9 hrs and we were ready to rest. I had attempted to tried to check in online, as repeated emails from the hotel suggested, but the links in the emails did not work. Once checked I , we were not able to sleep, as our room was near the restaurant terrace, which was quite noisy. When I requested another room, I was told, “It’s not usually like this.” There were 2 hairdryers in the room, neither of which worked. Our room was uncomfortably warm, and we could not adjust the temperature. . .

What a gem. A true gem in the heart of Barcelona. We loved the complimentary welcome drink and the space by the pool to relax and enjoy the weather. Comfortable beds, a nice lobby, friendly staff, and nice little extras made the stay enjoyable. Walkable too so many of the must-see sight of the city. . .
