Will stay again.. The good: our room was modern in its facilities. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the free drinks on the fridge really nice.
The bad: the noise from the street and upper floors could be heard in our room. Also, Uber had a hard time finding the place. We had to cancel 2 trips because the driver couldn’t find us.. .

Great hotel in a fab location. Location was perfect, 100 feet from metro, 10 mins from La Rambla, 20 mins from port, 15 mins from Gothic quarter. Room wonderful and clean, bed really comfortable, bathroom spotless. Staff were also fab and offered advice and assistance when needed. Also mini bar free and topped up each morning.. Air con didn’t seem to work as we wanted, it was either warm
Or off, unable to put on cool, luckily in the evening it wasn’t to warm. Area around the hotel needs a smarten up..

apathetic, disengaged and disinterested in providing high-quality customer service
The heat did not work in my room correctly. They sent two maintenance staff to "look". Both gave me intellectually lazy answers. The heat motor is not operating correctly. I have anemia - a medical condition that requires me to receive heat to keep my body warm especially my hands and feet! At nght, I had to sleep with socks and gloves on to keep warm. The staff did not follow-up with me to see if the room temperature was better nor offer me a bigger comforter blanket nor any other accomodations due to my medical condition which I told them twice I have. I just dealt with it because I could tell the staff did not take my medical condition seriously which is highly problematic, unprofessional and lacks empathy!
