Great location and lovely welcoming staff. Location was perfect, very close to The Trevi fountain and Spanish steps.
Breakfast was good , enough to set you up for the day of exploring the city.
Staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.. The shower was over the bath, and a member of my party cant get into a bath so a walk in shower would have been better for us..

Hotel recommendation in Rome - San Silverto. We returned from a week's trip to Rome where we stayed at the San Silvestro Hotel. Excellent location, good breakfast, and most importantly, excellent attitude and great service from the staff, especially Roberto ,thanks . Highly recommended.. .

Great hotel in a fantastic location with very helpful and friendly staff. Lovely hotel, staff were so friendly, welcoming and went out of their way to be helpful. Rooms were exceptionally clean, very comfortable beds. Fantastic location, very central to the attractions of beautiful Rome with fantastic bars, shops and restaurants within immediate walking distance. We loved our stay, grazie mille!. Only negative was some noise from the road outside..

Unbeatable in many ways!. Our stay at the San Silvestro hotel was very pleasant. The double room faced the side street, which is not noisy and the correct size, with everything you need and in good condition. The bathroom with shower with new, spotless white towels. The comfortable bed and high quality sheets. Air conditioning working perfectly, achieving a pleasant temperature, when the heat outside was unbearable. the decoration and cleaning of the common parts correct.
Very good breakfast served on a very well decorated terrace, by a super friendly lady.
The only thing I didn't like about the single room was that it overlooked a very gray and sad well.
A separate mention is how friendly and willing the reception staff is, especially Marco, always attentive to solving and facilitating any questions or inconveniences that may occur.
At times in the rooms there was a not very pleasant smell, I think it is a problem of the hot days in the entire area, which is worth highlighting is an unbeatable location in Rome. Definitely with a good quality-price ratio, I would choose it again for my next stay!. .
