Terrible. The room service is terrible, they do not change dirty towels, do not change empty schampo. The sink is dirty. The people working AT reception do not know much about Paris and in many ocassions there answere will be i dont know. . .

Hotel Mondial stay. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and cooperative. The location is excellent—conveniently situated in a well-connected area while still being quiet and safe. The breakfast was satisfying and sufficient for our sports team.. The double room with a big bed was smaller than twin-bed rooms. But we survived ;).

Superb. The newly refurbished rooms. Nice and clean rooms, bed linen, towels and comfortable bed.. The 2 steps down into the Reception area. The lift was busy, so I walked down to breakfast from 4th floor. I managed to not see the 2 steps, missed them and fell into Reception floor! Lovely kitchen staff helped me up n gave me an iced towel and helped me up. I think a handrail would be a good idea for those 2 steps. Very painful and luckily didn't break my arm or leg..

Horrendous. We booked the Mondial as part of a package with our Eurostar train tickets. I trusted Eurostar that they would choose a reasonable and clean basic 3* hotel which is all we needed for the weekend. The young reception staff we charming and polite on our arrival and gave us a storage room to hold our luggage as our rooms were not yet ready. We returned later to shower and change for the evening. It then became apparrent that the hotel was a 'house of horrors' the rickety tiny lift was very conerning. There was no access via stairs to the rooms due to 'building work', also no Fire Escape from upstairs should there be any issues. There was holes in the landings, the floors were filthy, everywhere smelt of damp and dirt. In all my 64 years, I have never ever seen or expereienced anything in the world as bad as this hotel The manager was not interested, and just told us we could leave. It became a problem getting a refund through Eurostar as appently by being ther after 18:00, it means we have accepted the hotel. After a stressful couple of hours, they eventually agreed we would be issued a refund and we changed hotels. Big shout out to the lovley young Paloma who tried to help us and sort out a refund. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BOOK THIS HOTEL - you have been warned.. .
