Mirror in the actual bedroom. The bathroom was well appointed but in the morning the water flow reduced to a trickle when everyone in other rooms was getting ready. Could not have a window open because of the noise from 6.30 am, could not control the a/c in the room, had to call reception to adjust the A/c. Did not appreciate a chasing call at 1040 because we had not checked out by 1030, even though the hotel was not full. . .

. Reception needs help as first impressions are everything. Also, our room was so tiny. Literally had no room for suitcases. Came back from sightseeing one day to find our bed made horribly-literally thrown together. Construction noise in same building began at 8 am so having mid day rest was impossible. Breakfast room also needs help, as well as breakfast. Location was great, room was clean enough…only saving grace. . .

. The hotel is hidden from the street in a courtyard. Love the location relative to Trastervere. Short walk across the bridge to many restaurants and shops. Great bakery shop less than 2 minute walk from hotel door. Room was modern, clean and quiet. Perfect for our stay prior to our cruise. . .

Good price in Rome. The hotel is in the historic center, but access is a little strange because it's inside a parking garage. For Rome and the prices they charge, it's fine and close to everything on foot. The air conditioning in our room was portable with a kind of system to remove condensation. Fine. The other thing, which is more complex, is an unpleasant smell that comes up through the bathroom pipes. They need to find a way to fix that. Other than that, everything else was very good, including the reception staff.. .

Hotel is a little difficult to find, in a car park in a laneway.
Staff did their job but did not feel warm and welcomed.
