Good price in Rome. The hotel is in the historic center, but access is a little strange because it's inside a parking garage. For Rome and the prices they charge, it's fine and close to everything on foot. The air conditioning in our room was portable with a kind of system to remove condensation. Fine. The other thing, which is more complex, is an unpleasant smell that comes up through the bathroom pipes. They need to find a way to fix that. Other than that, everything else was very good, including the reception staff.. .

. Good staff, excellent service, feels safe and secure. We had a quick check in process, were shown to our room, and shown how to utilize our spot cooler. Not sure if the central air conditioning broke but was not expecting a spot cooler as the humidity still leaked into the room. Granted spot cooler is better than nothing it’s just not what we expected. Room was clean but bathroom would get very hot. Staff called us a cab for the next morning to get back to FCO airport. Overall good stay. . .

. It was a little difficult to find at first, but once we found it we were checked in promptly. The room was clean and the TV had Netflix for when we turned in for the night! They also booked us a taxi to the train station after our stay which was very helpful. . .

. Overall a perfect stay. The rooms are super small and the AC unit is placed on the room floor. Get the bigger rooms if you can. However, location was great, the room was clean and great shower and restroom. Price wise, its worth it. . .

. The hotel is situated in a convenient part of Rome, but once inside the gates, the property feels quite secluded. While the front desk staff was polite, they were unable to provide any useful information about the city. I had booked a superior room, while others in my group reserved standard rooms; however, the accommodations turned out to be virtually identical. A major concern was the air conditioning unit, which was placed in a large box directly in the room. It produced constant noise and created poor air quality an issue that was particularly problematic for individuals with asthma or other respiratory conditions. This was not disclosed in the hotel’s listing. Additionally, the room had an unpleasant odor, and several fixtures were either broken or poorly maintained. When we requested a refund due to these health and comfort issues, the process was slow and not treated with urgency, costing us over an hour to resolve. Which I had to contact Expedia where I reserved the rooms from for a refund. (They did not refund for the first night) Ultimately, we had to change hotels. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.. .
