Great place to stay in Istanbul. Excellent service. Very helpful and friendly staff. Special thanks to restaurant manager Ali. Rooms and the SPA are very clean. We also used the possibility of late checkout that made our last day very comfortable. Its a place worth visiting.. .

Very good. Location, cleanliness, parking, and staff.. 1. It was Ramadan and I tried breakfast only once but didn't like it. It was supposed to be Suhoor. But it was of very poor quality with very limited items. I am sure that the breakfast buffet for those who were not fasting was much different. I advice any person not to pay for breakfast if it was Ramadan and he was fasting. 2. The room was very hot because of the central heater. We tried to control the temperature using the room's AC but we couldn't. We complained to house keeping but they didn't fix the problem..

Spectacular. Impressive stay, friendly staff, spotless, wide rooms, fancy mall beside it. I highly recommend every one to try it. You would love it as in addition to what I mentioned earlier, the view of the rooms will take you away.
