From the moment we arrived, the entire team went above and beyond to make us feel special, celebrating our anniversary in the most romantic way - with beautifully decorated bed with roses and heartfelt compliments that made our stay truly unforgettable.
The level of hospitality was simply exceptional; every staff member made us feel completely at home. A very special thank you to Head Concierge Pau, who was absolutely perfect - always available via WhatsApp, assisting us with every detail, securing tickets to an incredible football match, and reserving the best restaurants in town. His dedication and professionalism made our trip seamless and unforgettable.
Even at check-out, when I wasn’t feeling well, the reception team surprised me with a thoughtful gift, proving once again how much they genuinely care about their guests. This kind of attention to detail is what sets this hotel apart.
