Disappointing. . I have paid for the king bed media room, well, its not like the pictures, its just a regular room with an extra chair, in the pictures it shows a couch. Anyway this is not the problem.
I opened the room and it was really warm, I turned the AC and waited for it to cool down. But the AC kept shutting off. I called the reception, they said they have control from downstairs and that they will force turn it on. I said ok and its true they did turn it on. But same issue, kept turning off. One guy came to my room to check, and he couldn't figure it out. And because it was in the evening, He said he cant change the room as they are fully booked, and the maintenance team will come tomorrow morning. And that he will keep turning it on every 5 minutes from his controls so i can fall asleep. Of course he tuned it on 1 time and when it shut off he never put it back on. I have to sleep in the heat. So first night was dreadful.
The next day when i was leaving the room he said the maintenance team is here and will be working on it. So when i came back in the evening he said all was fixed and good. I went to my room and well what do you know, same issue. I told him please change the room. So they did. But the room was a regular small room with 2 single beds joined together. Not what i paid for..

Great Hotel. We have stayed for a week. The hotel is great. Hospitality is amazing. Warm and welcoming reception staff, special thanks to Eray👍. The rooms are clean, if needed something quick response. Breakfast was great! Felt like at home. Looking forward to seeing you again 👍!. .

Fantastic hotel!. Great hotel that combines everything a guest could ask for. New, sparkling clean and spacious rooms, perfect service at every spot of the hotel, has a lovely peaceful garden to eat and relax and good location. My special thanks for Eray, an exceptional super hardworking reception manager, who goes out of his way to help his guests with everything, he wows you with super fast service, he understands you and makes you feel super-valued. He gets you a cab in a moment which is really very important in Istanbul where you might struggle with finding cabs. I can`t fault anything at all, 100% recommend!
Muthis bir otel, kesinlikle oneririm, hem lokasyonu hem muthis temiz ve yeni odalari, spor salonu, harika bahcesi ve harika kadrosu, fiyatlari da cok avantajli bu kadar hizmet dusunulunce. Resepsiyon mudurumuz Eray Bey hayatimda gordugum en misafirperver, is bitirici, yardimci ve caliskan otel host`u. Kendisinin otelin basarisinda payi buyuk bence. Kendisi bana tak diye bir taksi cagirdi 5 dkya taksi geldi ve karsiya beni konforla gecirdi, bunlar Istanbul icin onemli ve buyuk seyler. Eray Bey sayesinde kesinlikle artik hep bu otelde kalacagim, tum uzun ve kisa ziyaretlerimde. Tum ekibe binlerce tesekkurler!. .
