Exceptional. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location is also a safe shopping area. The staff at the reception were really friendly and cheerful. In particular, I was able to check in early and the room was upgraded, so I was able to stay very comfortably. Of all the 4 star hotels I stayed at in Rome, this one had the most spacious and comfortable bathroom. I highly recommend this hotel, and I plan to stay there again next time I go to Rome.. .

Great hotel and location. Excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The roomm was perfect size . We had a pretty wood beam high ceiling and gold ornamentation. The hotle is within walking distance of everything including the Duomo, the statue of David, and the Uffizi so perfect location. .

Wonderful place for stay. We had an ungrade to the executive room. It was a very nice corner room. The room was really very silent even if it was facing to the street. The bed was very large and extremely comfortable. They have a nice breakfast room on the roof top. Near the hotel there are many good restaurants not very touristic;) the quarter is very silent and walking distance to the city center. Metro station just 5 minutes from the hotel. We will come back for sure.. .

Very well presented room and friendly staff. The hotel is relatively small but well presented with lots of neutral colours. All interactions with reception were very helpful and friendly. We stayed in a suite so my son could have his own space. It was set out with the main bedroom separate to the smaller bedroom, which was configured as a living room when we arrived. Each has its own door with one door and small lobby linking them to the corridor. There was some noise from outside. Not much. General traffic, bin trucks and the odd car horn, but you’re not in the centre of town. A little more noticeable was the sound of furniture being dragged across the floor above in the mornings. Presumably housekeeping doing a thorough job, but felt pads beneath the furniture would be helpful. Restocking of water, coffee pods and mini bar seemed to be at their discretion. I got coffee pods on check-in for the in-room machine but only refilled on my last night of 4, for instance. We ate breakfast every day. Pleasant staff again and the usual continental offering including scrambled or boiled eggs, pastries cold meats etc. The view from the 7th floor roof terrace is great. You can see a great part of the Vatican and more besides. We ate in the restaurant on one evening. Personally I preferred those we found out and about in the city. I would recommend and return. The space afforded for the price compared to 5* offerings closer to the action leaves this the winner hands down.. .

Classy hotel with delightful staff. We had a great three night stay at the Orazio Palace and would definitely stay there again. The location was ideal for sight seeing - within easy walking distance to the Vatican, St Peter's, Pantheon and the Colosseum. Lots of great local restaurants serving all the classic roman dishes plus some modern twists. Our room was fairly small but otherwise perfect - comfortable, clean with a wonderful shower. Ylenia at Reception warmly welcomed us and continued to provide a high level of support throughout our stay. In fact, all the staff.....at Reception, in the roof top restaurant (we loved our breakfast) and cleaning crew at the Orazio deserve a bouquet of flowers!!. .
