Poor service. Definitely not 4-stars - room 's AC was not working and in September- it was uncomfortably warm ; my room was definitely tight with 2 single beds, that were placed an inch apart . Lacking basic bath amenities ( shampoo,conditioner) shower gel almost empty, and sink soap dispenser was totally empty . good thing i travel with my own supplies. Elevator takes forever . Only 1 out of the 4 front desk staff was nice, the rest just ignored me as I stood in line to check in. Not my hotel choice - tour operator booked this probably because it's cheap.. .

good hotel with Eiffel view. average mercure hotel, nothing special rooms: size was enough, clean and comfy. breakfast: good variety and tasty as well. can be very crowded early in the morning with long queues. building: Well maintained and clean, with a spacious lobby. overall a good stay. cant say much because i Was only there for 1 night and didnt do much at the hotel.. .

Passable. . Bathroom door hat very bad signs of Waterdamage , no coffe on the room , no drinks in the room bar , Staff i the Restaurant was not very attending.

Need to improve communication abilities of staff and promote more welcoming.. Room service did not respond and reception hardly answered calls. When contacting house keeping no one answered phone, had to call multiple times to request supplies. Poor service tangled with language issues, poor English worsened service quality.. Location was good..

Disappointing. The staff is very welcoming and helpful, and the level of service is very good. The room was set up every day.. But: - The room seemed old was not that clean. - The waiting time for the elevators was too long (up to 15mn)..
