Nice Hotel. We stayed 6 nights here. I was not expecting much to be honest, but the hotel exceeded my expectations. Amazing location. Less than 5 min walk to tram station, beyazit mosque and grand bazaar. Very lively and safe area. The rooms are small, but they can fit two people comfortably if you do not have very huge luggage. We got used to it quickly. Breakfast had modest options and was a little repetitive, which I personally didn't mind. But it's an open buffet unlike what some others commented on here. So you can take as much food as you want. We had lots of requests as the room wasn't necessarily cleaned thoroughly and the shampoo/soap/etc weren't automatically refilled. However, whenever we asked for anything at the reception, they did it for us immediately. On our last day, we met Berkay (I hope I remember the name correctly 😅). I think he's part of new management for the hotel. He was very nice, offered us turkish coffee and took notes of our comments. I highly recommend Serai Hotel if you're on a budget and looking for a moderate level of comfort. It was our first time in Istanbul, and staying here left a nice memory.. .

. We were looked after very well, the first night I found the area a bit intimidating but got used to it and thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the breakfast was very nice. I would go back there x. .

Convenient & comfortable. Serai Hotel is conveniently located near the Grand Bazaar, ideal for exploring Istanbul's markets. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Breakfast could be improved, but the rooms are comfortable with nice street views. Overall, offers a great experience with its central location and attentive service. Good value for money. .

. die zimmer sind recht klein und man hat keine möglichkeit mit dem Auto hinzukommen nur mit einem Taxi oder zu fuß.. .

Excellent hotel! Perfect location, friendly staff, higly recommend . Great place to stay, central location but quite enough to have a good sleep, the staff is exceptional and very helpful (thanks for coffee). The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis, very professionally. We will definitely stay at this place again.. .

. The hotel receptionist went above and beyond to assist us in finding a taxi, as we checked out on a Friday and Uber or taxi service was impossible. Both receptionists are kind, the hotel is super clean, bed is comfortable, we appreciate the elevator, the kettle for hot water(which many other hotels don’t provide) so thank you, and the hotel is conveniently located near the Grand Bazaar, tram transportation, and only a 10-minute walk from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. We truly enjoyed our stay at serai hotel! Wish we could stay longer.. .

Absolutely best hotel and staff!!!!. Absolutely best hotel in Istanbul , extremely nice staff very clean and fresh rooms and lobby, they let us check out later then we should and helped us a lot with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend it to everyone . .
