Fantastic hotel, great location, lovely staff. This is a great hotel, where the staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming, the breakfast options are great, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It's super close to Opera, a walkable distance from most of the Parisian landmarks (apart from the Eiffel Tower and Catacombs but a quick cab sorts that), and on a side street meaning it's easy for taxis to drop you off/pick you up. We didn't use the spa options so I can't speak for those facilities, but the rest of the hotel was ideal for our stay.. .

Wouldn’t recommend. Would not stay here again. Best aspect was the location and close proximity to many eateries including galleria Lafayette. If you are older or have knee troubles, don’t come to this hotel. One small lift to fit 2 people and constantly full as higher levels get access to lift first and therefore you need to use the stairs. The shower is in the bath tub and very high to step in and out. Minimal bathroom amenities: no face flannels/wash cloths, no shampoo or conditioner and only one towel each. Toilet is like using one on a plane! Also found stains on sheet Day 1.. .

Excellent hotel with superb service and great location. The location is just superb - the hotel’s location is in the heart of Paris and within walking distance of many tourist spots. However, the small sidestreet that it is situated on, makes it quiet enough that any street noise did not disturb us even at night with the windows open (windows on the street side). The rooms were very clean and surprisingly large. The staff is extremely polite, warm, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is fresh and good, with plenty of options. However, the breakfast menu was exactly the same every day (it did not bother us, but if you’d like variety, then you can always opt to have breakfast anywhere in the city).
All in all, an excellent experience and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great hotel with a central location in Paris 👍. -.
