Location of the hotel is in the centre,near Hagia Sofia,Blue Mosque,Basilica Cistern and Topkapi.It is possible to park your car at the hotel but you must leave the key to the reception.Very good breakfast and the lady who prepares it is very kind.. Cleanliness is not the strong point, but towels are changed every day. The apartment i stayed in needs urgent repairs and is very old..

Efe, Rejib, and possibly Ahmed (though I may have forgotten the exact name) stood out as some of the kindest and most approachable individuals I’ve encountered. They were always smiling, ready to help, and went above and beyond to ensure that guests felt welcome and well taken care of. The hotel itself was spotless, and the location was ideal for sightseeing, with iconic landmarks like Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque just a short distance away. For shopping, I highly recommend exploring Eminonu instead of the Grand Bazaar. It's much cheaper for buying gifts, food, and all kinds of items you might want to take home from your trip. Everything here is affordable, making it a great spot for those looking to pick up souvenirs. The Bosphorus tour was also easily arranged for a very reasonable 20 euros through the hotel staff. For those booking a room, I’d recommend reviewing the room photos beforehand, as I found my room to be a bit smaller than expected, though this was a minor detail. Overall, the warmth and professionalism of the staff made my stay unforgettable!. .

Very nice place, staff, view and location. Will stay there again.. Location is just great, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was up to standard with a beautiful view. Friendly lady serving with a smile, and could cummunicate with our two Deaf persons in the group.. Our room was not cleaned every day. There are some minor repares to be done in our two bedroom unit: Shower fixture loose; fridge's freeze compartment door missing, resulting in everything frosen. Lovely unit, but a little bit of minor touch-up is needed..
