Konforsuz. Hotels vb, uygulamalardan yapılan rezervasyonlar otel çalışanları tarafından çokta güzel karşılanmıyor sanırım uygun fiyata oda verildiği için. Bu fiyata çok daha güzel otellerde kalınabilir. Özellikle resepsiyon çalışanlarının somurtkan ve tatsız oluşları çok kötü, odalar tamamen rezalet bir hâl içinde yıkık ve dökük. Banyo kısmında ise tamamen bir savaş vermeniz gerekiyor duş alırken suyun içeriye dolmaması savaşı ve klozetin tamamen banyonun ortasına konumlanması. Ayrıca oda içerisinde halı ve benzeri döşemelerin olmaması ve zeminin kirli olması, yatak kısmına gelince çarşaf yüzleri temiz fakat iç tarafı tam bir hüsran.. oda iç aydınlatılmasına gelince; ellerimle ışıldakların ampüllerini sıkıp çalıştırdım bir çoğu patlaktı. Baştada belirttiğim şekilde, parasını hak etmeyen bir otel.. .

Not recommended. The only thing that was good was the location of the hotel , right in the middle of the city centre, within walking distance to main attractions. This hotel should at most be three stars with very dated furniture, old towels, etc.
On our very first day when I was getting ready to go to the bed (half naked!), a woman and a man opened the door of our room because they were given the keys of our room for their accommodation! Reception said it was system error, and they did not update their system, but to double book the room is absolutely unacceptable!
We also had to pay additional fee for cup of coffee which was supposed to be included in breakfast. Tea was free, coffee was not.
One of the lifts had doors closing very quickly, which caused the doors to hit my shoulder twice. I mentioned it to the reception staff, but there was no responce.
Air conditioning in lobby and reception areas was not working, and this is at 37 degrees Celcius.
To summarize this review: we would never recommend this hotel, stay clear!.

Yinede yoruma yazdıklarıma rağmen tavsiye ederim. Gece giriş yaptık sabah 8 gibi çıkış yaptık. Otel güzel bir mevkide. Şehir merkezinde tarihi mekanlara yürüme mesafesinde ana tabii bizimki iş seyahati olduğu için sabah erken kalkıp işe koyulduk. Güzel bir oteldi.Ama fiyatı biraz fazla gibi geldi.. .
