. Really nice clean hotel. Walking distance to some attraction in a quiet neighborhood. Bed was comfortable. On the down side they will need a update soon on the hotel also waiting for the only elevator working in the morning was not good . .

. Hotel is a little run down, but it’s clean; and staff is friendly and efficient. it’s a little outside the main downtown area, but very close to bus stops and metro station. I stayed there for a full week and have no complaints. . .

The worst hotel ever.. I am 68 years old and have travelled the world for work for over 45 years. Staying in hundreds of hotels and I have never stayed in such a bad hotel as the Viladomat Barcelona. We arrived to find our booking cancelled because we were late checking due to a cancelled fight. We were 12 hours late and had pre-paid for the room in full for 4 nights to find they had cancelled us and made us pay again. I had to pay again and claim my money back and I am is still waiting for it. I per-paid for breakfast. But when I went for it I was told I would have to pay again and clime my pre-payment back. I ended up not having breakfast there at all, as it is crap and not fit for a dog to eat. Everything is stale, old, dry and only fit for the bin. I have made a clime for the pre-payment of my breakfast, Which I still haven't received back. The woman manager was the most rude Hotel staff member I have ever meet in my life. Everything was to much trouble. Air-con didn't work. The room was to hot. The WI-FI was so slow and kept cutting off. The noise in the room was unbearable. The double glazing is old and doesn't work. A building site opposite with banging all day and loads traffic all night. The worst hotel ever and it was recommend and booked for us by TUI. Please read the other one star reviews as they are not lying. It all true and more.. .
