Great!. Very clean, comfortable bedroom and friendly and helpful staff. I asked for the rose petals and champagne as a surprise for my husbands birthday (also the reason of our weekend trip to rome), they said they can do it and never did. Except that, everything was just perfect! The guy at the front desk was so helpful and friendly, thanks.

Amazing location but uncomfortable for sleeping. The location was perfect.. The temperature of the room was very uncomfortable, we couldn’t use the cooling system, only heating, so had to open the windows to sleep better but it was extremely loud outside so we couldn’t sleep comfortably for the whole that period we stayed there..

Unsafe. Unclean. Unfriendly staff.. We had a terrible stay here. We returned back to the hotel twice to find the door to our room was left open by hotel staff. On the first day this happened - the staff were very unhelpful, rude and disrespectful. They advised us that our valuables should have been in the safe in our room - We did not have a safe. They provided us with a safe and offered us €10 for the inconvenience. When the same issue happened again the next day, we were in utter disbelief. The staff accused us of leaving the door open. CCTV footage from the camera outside our room proved that we did not leave it open - it was hotel staff. We went to reception and the man at the desk advised us that he couldn’t do anything, that no other room could be given, and that the hotel was “safe”. He and another male member of staff walked away from us many times rolling their eyes when we asked for help to feel safe. We were absolutely horrified. The staff advised that they could only offer their “assurance” that there would always be a member of staff on the reception to keep the hotel safe. This was a lie. There were many times we walked past reception with no staff there. We were left feeling unheard, frustrated and very unsafe. We spent approximately 1 hour at reception asking for help. We were lied to and treated appallingly. There was no manager available to speak to at the hotel but we pushed to speak to a manager on the phone. She was very rude and left us feeling very upset as she accused us of only being “after cash”, she insulted our home country by calling it “unsafe” and was very dismissive and angry to be called. She did however advise us that there were other rooms on the top floor we could be moved to. This was what we wanted; to move to a safer room that we could lock with a key. To aid our move, we were handed an “all access room key card” which unbelievably could give us access to every room in the hotel - another very unsafe and irresponsible action by the hotel. As 3 maintenance men waited watching us - we moved from our room to a tiny room in the roof of the hotel. It felt like a nightmare. I was frightened to be alone in my room and in the hotel. The men working there were awful and the manager who was a woman was equally terrible. When we were trying to sleep that night in our new room, we heard through the paper thin walls that the couple next door had returned to their room to find that the cleaner had left the key in their door! So the entire move for us from a room with a key card to a room with a physical key was not going to stop the initial problem occurring with our room being left open and unsafe by hotel workers. This is not a safe hotel. This ruined our trip and made us so uncomfortable and upset. The hotel was also dirty. The shower was terrible and leaked a lot.. .

Cancelled to ask more money. This guys cancelled my reservation "because the card didn't pass " even when im still using it everywhere and keep paying it daily this losers could not make it properly and cancelled me even when i wrote them im trying and ill pay in front desk they just want to ask for more money. .

Great location but. Excellent location.. Musty damp smell in the bathroom. Toilet seat falling off and not fixed despite a number of requests. Getting numerous spam emails and WhatsApp messages regarding my booking indicating the hotel system had been hacked..

Modern, clean, great location and lovely staff.. Great location, fab staff, modern and clean. Poor air con and ventilation, minimal windows and air con wasn't working great.. Air con was poor and lack of windows.
