experience I will never repeat. the location was good - two staff were treating me very good after all (Multu & Meleh). the bathroom in the lobby wasn’t clean - no breakfast options enough - the room has broken items even when I changed the room - two of the staff I will not mention the names were very rude and helpless - room is not clean once I entered at the first time and also each time after cleaning from housekeeping and clothes are not organized..

very pleasant stay definitely recommend. the hotel was very clean , good breakfast, very helpful and friendly staff. free shuttle to Taksim square during day and night.. nothing every thing was good.
