Nice and Safe Stay, But Nothing Too WOW. First off, everyone working at the reception was FANTASTIC and extremely helpful. We appreciate their hard work.
The room was spacious, the place was quiet and it felt very safe, the location was good, right next to Osmanbey Metro. The hotel itself has really nice design. The steam room was great. The pool was GORGEOUS and very relaxing. The SMOG restaurant had a nice atmosphere and overall good service. Very calm and quiet.. The hotel did not meet our expectation from a couple of different aspects and I do not see it as a good value for money. You could find better places for the price.
I was able to go to the pool the first couple of days and then we were told that the pool was closed due to renovations, while this facility was a part of the reason why we chose the hotel and we weren’t informed beforehand for these renovations. The housekeeping were sweet, kind ladies, however on multiple occasions the cleaning seemed rather lazy, or forgetful as they hadn’t refilled the minibar properly- we let them know so that we wouldn’t be charged extra. The had cleaned the beds, however just left the extra pillows/ blanket on the side of the chair and forgotten some dirty glasses in the room and some small details like that that we noticed. There was a weighing scale in the bathroom, which was not working and the TV wasn’t functional either. However, to be fair we never asked for help with this as we just moved on.
The club sandwich in the SMOG Restaurant completely fell apart and was very difficult to eat..

Lovely and causy stay in the heart of Istanbul. 1- location: you are in the most prestigious shopping area of Istanbul.
2- Food: very generous and quality breakfast awaits you.
3- Staff: extremely friendly, yet professional and supportive team from categories( Reception to House keeping to security to concierge to kitchen to porters) . Special thanks to Zeli, Anil, Merve from Reception whom have shown high professionalism in dealing with the customer’s concerns and solving it asap.
4- Room : Spacious and just right for your needs.
5- Spa : wonderful and comfortable relaxing zone. 1- Lobby area not big but not small as well . Also , No parking area in front of the hotel for lodging and off loading guests and guests luggage . I recommend to take over nearby coffee shop area to resolve both issues.
2- Hotel Transportation contractor delayed in picking me out to airport for more than 45 minutes. I recommend to change this contractor to a more efficient and reliable transportation company that honours its time commitment with the hotel guests..

It is ok for the price. Location was decent, very close to the Metro. The breakfast was not great. Had much better selections at other hotels i have stayed at in Istanbul.
